Nilah - The Good Doll

Handmade Dolls have arrived at Cece's Quilts and Things! Meet "Nilah" from the Good Doll company, the newest addition to the CQT family.  
 
She joins us from the misty blue hills of the Nilgiris - a place of rolling hills, stories, slow mornings, and quiet magic; one of my many homes on this Earth. She is soft to hold, made for imaginative play, tender moments, and being tucked under little arms at the end of a long day.
 
Carefully crafted by loving hands using a thoughtful mix of natural, recycled, and upcycled fabrics, Nilah carries a sense of old-fashioned charm while being mindful of the world our children are growing into. Each Nilah is handcrafted by women from underserved communities in the Nilgiris. Every stitch supports meaningful work, dignity, and creative livelihood, making this a doll with both heart and heritage.
 
Nilah is great for everyday play, and her simple cloth garments can be gently handwashed and flat-dried, ready for many more adventures. A keepsake doll meant to be played with, cherished, and passed along; Nilah invites children to imagine widely and love deeply.
