Mosaic Ornaments Quilt Pattern | PDF Pattern
The Mosaic Ornaments Quilt Pattern is an 'on-point quilt' featuring four ornament blocks - three mosaic ornaments and a "filler" ornament block. This arrangement of the ornament blocks within a lattice like framework, and the on-point setting (where blocks are rotated 45 degrees into a diamond shape), gives the quilt a dynamic and elegant look, like dangling ornaments on a beaded string. The quilt blocks uses half square triangle blocks, flying geese blocks, and cat’s cradle blocks, using techniques like strip piecing, and chain piecing. The pattern is ideal for the advanced beginner or intermediate quilter.
