Rainbow Stars Baby Quilt

This cotton handmade baby quilt is a vibrant and beautifully composed piece, made with fabric prints inspired by Australian nature, designed by fabric designer, Jocelyn Proust. The pattern  of the quilt is inspired by a non-traditional rainbow. Instead of following the typical spectrum, the quilt features horizontal bands of colour drawn from nature - earthy rust, leafy green, sky blue, violets, and sunshine yellow - each one celebrating a different facet of the natural world. The contrasting stars in off white add depth and character to this soft and snuggly quilt. The Australian birds featured on the quilt add a little twist of fun! 
 
The quilt includes hand quilting details, lovingly sewn together as a labour of love. This quilt is machine washable (cold), line drying is recommended. It is recommended to wash before use and wash with colour catchers. It can be washed as often as needed!
